• Keep the company's server system stable.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for customers.
  • Communicate with customers directly or ask for customer guidance by phone to help install the system or resolve customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnose and resolve hardware or software failures.
  • Replace parts and equipment of computer and network system as required.
  • Provide support, including documents and reports related to computers and networks.
  • Prepare diagrams and written instructions for troubleshooting or system installation.
  • Support the deployment of new applications.
  • Set up new user accounts and profiles, handle password issues.
  • Establish good relationships with customers and with other IT experts, such as programmers.
  • Test and evaluate new technology.
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  • Design and install network system configuration. Develop documentation and set relevant standards.
  • Design and install new solutions to improve the existing network systems.
  • Maximize performance improvement through system monitoring, troubleshooting, system upgrading. Network Technical expert also needs to work closely with network architect (if these 2 roles are different in the company) in order to optimize network infrastructure.
  • Resolve issues related to the network of the company and customers.
  • Develop processes, management standards and use of network systems for customers
