- Keep the company's server system stable.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for customers.
- Communicate with customers directly or ask for customer guidance by phone to help install the system or resolve customer issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnose and resolve hardware or software failures.
- Replace parts and equipment of computer and network system as required.
- Provide support, including documents and reports related to computers and networks.
- Prepare diagrams and written instructions for troubleshooting or system installation.
- Support the deployment of new applications.
- Set up new user accounts and profiles, handle password issues.
- Establish good relationships with customers and with other IT experts, such as programmers.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Design and install network system configuration. Develop documentation and set relevant standards.
- Design and install new solutions to improve the existing network systems.
- Maximize performance improvement through system monitoring, troubleshooting, system upgrading. Network Technical expert also needs to work closely with network architect (if these 2 roles are different in the company) in order to optimize network infrastructure.
