-Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for customers.
-Communicate with customers directly or ask for customer guidance by phone tohelp install the system or resolve customer issues.
-Troubleshoot system and network issues, and diagnose and resolve hardware orsoftware failures.
-Replace parts and equipment of computer and network system as required bycustomer
-Provide support, including documents and reports related to computers andnetworks.
-Set up new user accounts and profiles, and handle password issues.
-Establish good relationships with customers and with other IT staff, such asprogrammers.
-Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
-Design and install network system configuration. Develop documentation and setrelevant standards.
-Design and install new solutions to improve the existing network systems.
-Maximize performance improvement through system monitoring, troubleshooting,and system upgrading. Network Technical staff also needs to work closely withthe network team in order to optimize network infrastructure.
-Resolve issues related to the network of the company and customers.
